Costs and Services

Our shipments are made at the standard price of €5.50 and are delivered within 48 working hours, from the moment you receive the delivery notice.

Shipments will be free with a minimum order of €47.00.
In our e-commerce, we are committed to making every phase of your purchase smooth and satisfactory, however in exceptional cases the order may be delivered after 24/48 hours. Marzeek will promptly notify the user of any delays.

In the case of an incorrect or non-existent address, a rejected package or a customer not present at the delivery for 2 consecutive times, the shipment will be sent to storage and a third delivery may be requested to be paid by the recipient within 7 days.

If no new delivery is requested or the shipment is not removed from storage within 7 days, the order will be returned to the sender.

Shipments outside Italy

Shipments outside Italian territory take place at rates estimated at the time of ordering. Our shipments are delivered within 7 working days from the moment you receive the delivery notification.


 

Withdrawal, exchanges and returns

You have the right to withdraw from any contract with Mazeek, ​​for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, within 14 days of delivery of the goods or activation of the service. The withdrawal may concern the entirety - total withdrawal - or only part - partial withdrawal - of the products and/or services purchased. The right of withdrawal must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Mazeek di Andrea Fiore, Via Bari n. 50A, 71121 Foggia or by certified mail to andrea.fiore88@pec.it . The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of "goods made to measure or clearly personalized". Exchanges and returns

Only in the case of damaged, defective products or incorrect deliveries, can a return or (if possible) a replacement be agreed upon by writing to servizioclienti@mazeek.it or on Whatsapp at +39 351 301 3660 attaching photos of the products and specifying the defect .
We cannot guarantee perfect condition on volumes, magazines, artbooks and caskets/collection boxes as, being delicate products, they are subject to minimal defects upon arrival at our warehouses.

The return will therefore be accepted only in the case of proven reasons (for example missing pages, torn, stained or punctured volumes).

All authorized returns must be returned in their original packaging. It must under no circumstances be used, nor have it suffered even minimal damage and be in a perfectly clean state. Once the return has been authorized, the Customer can send the Product back to the following address: Via Bari n. 50A, 71121 Foggia.

Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.

Once the Products have been received (and their integrity has been verified), Mazeek will refund the sums paid as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.

If necessary, Mazeek requests the bank details or credits the sums to the payment method used.

All shipping and packaging costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer (as required by art. 67 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/05)

Mazeek is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

During the withdrawal period, the Customer is responsible for the object as custodian. In the event of damage or destruction of the Product while in custody of the Customer, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
