In the small rural area where he lives and grew up, young Lacyl's days flow simple and marked by the rhythms of the earth. For Lacyl, however, that life is a little tight, and the boy often gets lost in dreams of mysterious and majestic flying cities. Dreams unexpectedly come true when Lacyl, demonstrating prodigious strength, saves an unknown girl from soldiers armed with mechanical exoskeletons. In fact, the young man discovers that not only do flying cities really exist, but that the girl he rescued, Leana, is none other than the princess of Ariadne, one of these seven enchanted capitals. Leana - who is forced to wear very heavy boots due to a mysterious illness that would otherwise make her float in the air - has escaped to explore the world, and appoints Lacyl as her bodyguard. Thus begins a magical and evocative journey for the volcanic duo, to discover a vast fantasy universe meticulously characterized by the skilled hand of Norihiro Yagi. Princess Leana and the sky knight Lacyl are joined by Lululola, an old companion of the latter, and their journey proceeds at an even faster pace. Inside the tomb of the Ruusa kings, the three find themselves facing Ruusa enemies and the terrible Jiura, belonging to the Gisau race. In a battle that pits everyone against everyone else, Lacyl and Lululola's photon carrier nature awakens to protect Leana and save her from danger.

In uno scontro che impegna tutti contro tutti, la natura di photon carrier di Lacyl e Lululola si risveglia per proteggere Leana e salvarla dal pericolo.
