Chi sia lui in realtà e cosa sia questa EX-ARM 11 in grado di controllare la forza di gravità resta un mistero. Ancora in cerca della verità, Akira e Shiga risolvono senza troppi problemi un caso di una civile in possesso di un’EX-ARM, ma subito dopo iniziano a circolare dei preoccupanti inviti a una “vendita all’asta di EX-ARM”…
