Fuyuzora Kogarashi is a boy with spiritual powers, very poor and constantly looking for a house to live in. One day he comes across a guesthouse called Yuragi-sou which was once an inn renowned for its hot springs. The rent is particularly convenient, since the boarding house is haunted by a ghost. For Kogarashi this is not a problem, nor are the other tenants of the house, who are all very attractive girls.
