Ma quando l’esploratore fece ritorno con la caravella del re non trovò più quel luogo favoloso e, preso per bugiardo, venne decapitato. L’isola invece era stata sparata su nel cielo e poi conquistata dalla popolazione alata di Skypiea. Ora Rufy è deciso a suonare lui stesso quella campana per avvertire il pronipote di Noland che i racconti del nonno erano veri, ma per farlo dovrà prima neutralizzare Ener.
